About Matthew Kutcher

I am a lifelong Harford County, Maryland resident with over 29 years of experience in mortgage lending, real estate finance, and property investing. I earned my undergraduate degree in Business with a concentration in Finance from Towson State University, where I was also part of the Jazz program as a drummer, and later continued my studies in the Master of Science in Finance program at the University of Baltimore. 

Today, I combine my background as a licensed Maryland Realtor® and longtime mortgage professional to help buyers and investors navigate the Harford, Baltimore, Cecil County market with clarity and confidence. I bring a practical, numbers-driven approach to every transaction, especially for investment properties and rehabs.


Outside of real estate, I’m an avid outdoors enthusiast. I enjoy boating on the Chesapeake Bay, spending time at the beach, and chasing the sun—sunrises, sunsets, and moonlit nights included. When I’m not on the water, you’ll likely find me snowboarding or skiing, four-wheeling, dirt bike riding, or enjoying just about anything outdoors. That same passion, energy, and balance carry into the way I serve my clients.
